Overview

A water-cooled heat sink consists of a heat transfer section that absorbs heat from a high heat-generating device and an internal flow path that transfers the absorbed heat to the circulating cooling water. The continuous flow of cooling water efficiently removes heat, ensuring stable and reliable operation of high-power devices.
